Refund policy

Sumaras maintains a high standard of rarity and quality. To ensure the exclusivity of our pieces, we follow a specific policy: 

• Refund Policy: Sumaras strictly follows a 'Refund' policy. Once a rare piece is purchased, we do offer cashback or returns.

• Exchange Conditions: You may exchange an item within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is in its original, unworn condition with all tags intact.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect or the wrong size/item was shipped.

  • You have the original digital or paper invoice.

• Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale or promotion are final and can be exchanged or returned.
